SME Fund – how to obtain funding for a trademark, industrial design or patent application.

You can obtain funding for official fees for:
✅ trademarks,
✅ industrial designs,
✅ inventions,
✅ new plant varieties.

✅ It is also possible to obtain funding for the service of preliminary analysis of the IP assets in the company [IP Scan].

The SME Fund program has been successfully operating since 2021 and since then over 72 thousand entrepreneurs have received a subsidy. On February 3, 2025, the next edition of the program was launched.

❗ Funds are limited and therefore - first come, first served. If the funds run out, the program is suspended. So don't wait too long with the decision.

Last year, the subsidy allowed my clients to register additional trademarks or extend protection of the trademark. It was also an additional motivation for new entrepreneurs - not to wait with brand or product protection.

You can submit the application for subsidy yourself or use our help.

❗ If you want to use the subsidy, we must wait with the eg. trademark application until the decision on the subsidy is issued - in other words, first the SME Fund, and then the application for protection.

The amount of subsidy depends on the type of protection you are interested in. For example:

✅ for a trademark or industrial design application at the EU or national level, you can get a refund of 75% of the official fee (up to EUR 700).
