Trademark registration

Trademark Registration in Poland and the European Union – we prepare and file trademark applications with the Polish Patent Office (PPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Trademark Registrability Search and Clearance – we assess the registrability of a trademark prior to filing. We also conduct searches for earlier registered trademarks.

International Trademark Registration – we assist in securing trademark protection outside the European Union. We file international trademark applications through the Madrid System administered by WIPO, as well as via direct national filings in cooperation with trusted foreign trademark attorneys.

Trademark Opposition Proceedings – we file oppositions against trademark applications that infringe our clients’ earlier trademarks. We also represent clients in defending their trademark applications against opposition.

Trademark Invalidity Proceedings – we represent clients in invalidity actions before the Polish Patent Office (PPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Trademark Revocation Proceedings – we assist in preparing and filing requests for the revocation of trademarks, for example due to non-use.

Trademark Infringement Litigation – we represent clients in trademark infringement proceedings before civil courts. We also prepare cease and desist letters and responses to infringement claims.

Trademark Renewal and Deadline Monitoring – we monitor renewal deadlines and ensure the timely payment of official fees to maintain trademark protection.

Recordals and Changes in Trademark Registers – we represent clients in recording changes relating to registered trademarks, such as assignments (change of ownership), changes of name or address, and other updates before the relevant trademark offices.

Trademark Monitoring – we offer a service for monitoring identical and similar trademark applications, enabling our clients to file oppositions and prevent the registration of marks that could infringe their rights.
