Design protection

We advise on the scope of efficient product protection via design registration.

We prepare applications for industrial designs and file applications with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland or with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

We prepare applications to obtain protection outside the European Union, including in foreign offices, by submitting an international application with WIPO or in cooperation with foreign representatives.

We conduct disputes for our clients. We also represent clients at the appeal stage and in cases before administrative courts.

We conduct cases before common courts related to intellectual property and acts of unfair competition, including infringements of rights to industrial designs. We also prepare warning letters and responses to such letters.

We supervise the deadlines for official fees, including periodic fees.

We also represent clients when submitting applications for changes to registers.
