Trademark registration

We prepare trademark applications and submit applications to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), subsequently supervising the course of the application procedure.

We examine the registrability of a trademark before its submission, including checking earlier registered marks that could constitute the basis for opposing the application. We also perform such research before the trademark is started to be used on the market.

If you also conduct business outside the European Union, we can file trademark applications with foreign intellectual property offices via an international application at WIPO or in cooperation with foreign representatives.

We handle disputes, including objections to trademark applications, invalidation proceedings, and proceedings for the expiration of protection rights. We also represent clients in cases before administrative courts.

We conduct cases before common courts related to intellectual property and acts of unfair competition, including trademark infringement. We also prepare warning letters and responses to such letters.

We supervise the deadlines for official fees, including fees for extending protection.

We also represent clients when submitting applications for changes to registers.

We monitor applications for identical and similar trademarks so that our clients can oppose and block the registration of a trademark that would infringe on their rights.
